Georgia Bob's Cane River Vineyard was established in Byron GA in 2010 with a focus on affordable delicious wines at reasonable prices and a luxurious venue space perfect for the most elegant Southern themed events.

Raymond Courson of Courson's Winery in Sparta GA began an overhaul of the Vineyard to transition into a winery when taking over operations and ownership of the Vineyard in December 2014.

In April 2015, Cane River Vineyard made the necessary changes with an added on Micro-Winery and obtained its winery license. As a result, the transition was made from Cane River Vineyard to Cane River Winery.

Our Micro-Winery's focus is to bring Middle Georgia new wines that have not been introduced. The first batch of wines made within our winery were such a big hit! We sold out in less than a month.

Cane River Winery also has a wonderfully selected stockpile of Georgia Grown jams, jellies, syrup, and so much more!!!!
